Our family have only just heard of the death of Iris. To the Laventure family, Iris was a remarkable person encountering so many challenges in her own life but as much, much more than a friend. We will forever be in Iris's debt for the wonderful support she gave to my wife Sylvia, and my family as she experienced her own journey through dementia. Iris' kindness, love, sense of fun and caring will remain with us forever. So many happy hours spent together and the very best of family friends, in fact, Iris became a very close part of our family. RIP Iris and love from all the Laventures, big and small. X
